How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP4141349 / DA61-03230B Refrigerator French Door Hinge

I followed the YouTube instructions without any problems. It was a piece of cake. Thanks for the parts at a good price and the easy to follow video instructions. 

Watched the video provided by Appliance Parts Pros which saved me all sorts of frustrations. Every time I had a what should I do, I recalled how to proceed because of the video. Used needle nose pliers to replace the spring which was easy to do. The hinge replacing was more difficult and the video shows each step. Had to see how the spacers were secured to remove them. 

These parts were needed. Was fixed in 20 minutes. Easy to watch videos. 

Replaced the hinge. Utilized the video on the website. The video was easy to follow. However, I did miss ONE step (individual error - forgot step from time viewed video to actually doing the repair) and had to order additional end-caps to replace the ones I broke. Would suggest to have the video playing while doing the repair (pausing as needed) OR have a checklist made of the critical steps in the repair. 

New hinge, new sleeve and your site provided video made it a fifteen minute repair. Very cool! 

Replaced the the door spring and hinge. 

I called AppliancePartsPro and received great information over the phone and then watched the video attached with the product. Great results. 

The parts total cost me approx. $11. I watched the simple video on the Appliance Parts Pros website, followed the directions from the video, the repair took approx 20 minutes. Being able to order the parts on line and do the repair myself saved me over $200-$250, versus having an appliance repair person come to my home. 

I did a quick search on the problem and immediately found a YouTube by AppliancePartsPros.com showing how to which included the part numbers I needed. I went to the site and received the part the next day. Also, it included parts related to what I was ordering that I may need. Which I 100% did...I needed a small plastic sleeve for the spring. 

I put my laptop on the counter and started the video on the web site. I would watch some then pause then resume until it was done.
