How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP4141349 / DA61-03230B Refrigerator French Door Hinge

I followed the You Tube video from your website. It was great and explained everything about the repair process. 

I replaced the hinge with the spring. Now, my Samsung fridge is back in business. I wish I can find appliancepartspros.com sooner. The flipper has been broken for a few years. 

I replaced all three hinges with new ones along with a new sleeve and new spring that holds the door open. The repair videos were very helpful. 

Using the how to video related to the part I purchased. 

I looked at your website and figured out the parts that needed replacing. After we got them I looked up the video provided on your website. I watched it and gave instructions while my husband did the work. I was also holding the piece of the door that was taped up in the video. Our tape didn't hold the piece in place. It was pretty easy and worked just like the video said. I'm not sure how long it took but it was certainly less than an hour. The door is like new. Thank you for the great video! 

Once the hinge arrived it took about 10 minutes to repair. I watched the video on your website and watched one on YouTube. Once I understood what needed to be done I was able to use the best of both videos and take care of the replacement 

Ordered a new hinge, watched the repair video, and replaced the hinge. 

I watched the video provided by appliance parts pro and I was able to fix it on my own. I am a 52 y.o. women. The only reason it took me half hour to an hour is because I put the spring for the bottom hinge back in wrong (It matters which side of that spring goes in up or down). So my door still wasn't shutting correctly, so I had to take it all back apart and figure out how that spring went back in, but once I figured that out my door works perfect again!
