How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP4141349 / DA61-03230B Refrigerator French Door Hinge

The hinge on my Samsung refrigerator cracked and the flap on the French door was not closing properly. Identified the part from your website, ordered it and it was here in a couple of days. Exact part for the job and I was finished in about 20 minutes. 

It sounds really ridiculous, but I am impressed with myself (a young woman who has never fixed any appliance in my life) because with the tutorial videos, I was able to fix my refrigerator's broken French door in about 15 minutes. Those videos were my lifesaver. 

Replaced middle and upper hinge, I didn’t need the spring but I ordered it in case it broke during repair. It took about 15 minutes and it is a simple repair.

Ordered a new piece and replaced it. Also watched the repair video and that helped me to know how to remove and replace the broken part. Greatly appreciate the repair videos that you make available. 

The parts were reasonably priced. The videos showed exactly what to do. 15 minute fix with a phillips head screwdriver and a small regular screwdriver (to pry).
