How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP4326210 / DA97-02203G Refrigerator Ice Maker Assembly

Ordered new ice unit for Samsung fridge easy install 2 screws 1 plug bam was done ?? 

Replaced ice maker. The fix was not the most impressive thing about this. I ordered the parts from Appliance Parts on line after 4:00pm and they were at my door by 1:00 pm the next day. 

Replaced defective unit 

Replaced the ice maker with a new one from AppliancePartsPros.com. Was simple to replace, removed two screws, tipped it down and slid the unit towards the front of the refrigerator, and unplugged the harness. Replaced it in reverse order. 12 hours later I have ice. 

After searching on the internet, I came upon your site. I watched your video for a nearly identical icemaker replacement and decided I was capable of doing it myself. I ordered on a Wednesday and the part was delivered on Friday. I followed the video's instructions and replaced the icemaker in less than 10 minutes.

I was able to find the proper replacement on Appliance Parts Pros. The item took around a week to arrive and was very simple to install. I now have perfectly formed ice cubes and could not be happier. 

2 screws 1 plug. Very easy to do.

The icemaker tray wasn't emptying every time. The ice would then build up on the tray and the water would overflow into the bin. It would then freeze up in blocks and not dispense. Installing the new icemaker was simple and fixed problem. Works like new now. Removing the old unit and installing the new unit only took a few minutes. The only tool needed was a screwdriver.
