How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP4137443 / DA41-00293A Refrigerator Main Control Board Assembly

By unplugging and replugging it (essentially rebooting), the display immediately showed the true (high) temps and began cooling down. This worked for about a week, rebooting it every couple days. Then it just stopped cooling altogether. Online videos strongly suggested the main control board, and showed how to replace it. I ordered one from AppliancePartsPros.com and it arrived in 4 1/2 days. It took about 20 minutes to install and within 2 hrs everything was back to normal. First time in a couple months I've had hard ice cream! 

Purchased new control board from Appliance parts pros. Next day delivery no additional cost. I replaced the entire control board in 30 minutes. Repair man was asking $500.00 for the job. Total cost of Diy, $94.00! Thank Appliance parts pros! 

Replace Temp sensor, thermo fuse 

I researched on YouTube what others with Samsung refrigerators did with similar problems. I was able to come to the conclusion that is was not likely the icemaker but the main board. I also diagnosed a noisy fan motor in the freezer compartment. And while I was at it I decided to replace the led readout board that had recently become dim after a power outage. All in all the three repairs took a little over three hours. Thanks to the upselling of Sally I also purchased a brush for cleaning the fins in the machine area of the refrigerator. I am very thankful for this job to be done and thankful for the assistance of Appliance Parts Pros. Our refrigerator works as good as new with the ice maker working once again. New Mainboard an Thermal fuse, Also the display panel stopped working, Checked all lines for continuity an they were good.. Searched the net an found out how to reset the display. Hold the super freeze an super cool down at the same time. Fixed my problem , Works as it should now. 

After a little trouble shooting, I determined the relay on the Main Control Board was faulty. I replaced the Main Control Board.

Replaced the motherboard. Very easy job. Fixed my issue. It's been 5 days no problems. 

I posted on this group and they helped me by guiding me and telling me which parts might have been damaged. The start relay and control board. I ordered them and they arrived in less than 24 hours I change them and my fridge start working again just fine, thank you so much!
