How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP5577739 / DA67-01929B Refrigerator Upper Shelf Assembly

Replaced shelves. The frig is only 4 years old. I believe the shelves were designed/made incorrectly. I never overloaded the shelves. I called Samsung, obviously, they would admit any wrongdoing. On top of that, they wanted $35 plus tax. And on top of that they were not in stock and would ship in 7-14 business days. I will email you pictures. Regards Dave 

Ordered two new shelves from Appliance Parts Pros. 

Super easy, found model number just inside the refrigerator door, went to website and found a matching picture of each item. Ordered the items. The items came within a few days. Took out the broken items and replaced with the new ones. Super easy.
