Dave D Park Ridge , NJ October 01, 2018 Appliance: Model RS22HDHPNSR/AA (0000) Shelving frames split Replaced shelves. The frig is only 4 years old. I believe the shelves were designed/made incorrectly. I never overloaded the shelves. I called Samsung, obviously, they would admit any wrongdoing. On top of that, they wanted $35 plus tax. And on top of that they were not in stock and would ship in 7-14 business days. I will email you pictures.
