How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP5620448 / DA61-08247A Refrigerator Freezer Handle Support Bracket

I watched the videos and bought the parts I needed then replaced them

Order the parts and put them on.

Took the broken support out and replaced it.

I ordered the part from AppliancePartsPros.com. The video provided gave me confidence I was ordering the correct part. The price was equivalent to getting it direct from Samsung (which was high for a little plastic part), and was what I needed to reattach the handle. Part arrived quickly and the repair took 5 min. It was quite happy with ordering from AppliancePartsPros.com.

Ordered replacement freezer handle support bracket from Appliance PartsPros. Online schematics of my refrigerator model was invaluable. Also online videos of others completing repair were also extremely helpful.

Initially I called repair service company and scheduled an appointment. They had some issues and canceled the appointment for that day and wanted to reschedule. In the meantime I looked online at a video on how to replace broken part and put handle back on, so I canceled next appointment and bought the part from AppliancePartsPros.com instead. I followed the video and replaced the door handle myself. Saved money on service repair and the part was reasonable priced.

Replaced drawer handle support and reinstalled handle to the fridge..

I tried finding the parts on another website, but was unable to. When I called them, they recommended the wrong part and seemed in a hurry to get me off the phone. I finally called AppliancePartsPros.com and the gentleman I talked with took his time and was very knowledgeable. We were able to find the right parts and I ordered them. Shipping was quick, and the parts were just what I needed. They are a little more expensive than the first place I tried, but it was worth it to get the right parts and save myself many more hours of frustration.

Watched your video to find the Handle Support I needed. I ordered the part and now it's fixed.

Watched your video and ordered the 2 supports. I received the parts the NEXT DAY!! I was so pleasantly surprised. Thanks to your video, it was an easy fix that I could do myself.
