I went through two orders from another supplier both shipped improperly and arrived damaged. You would think someone in the shipping department would know that you just can't ship a glass tray in the basic lightweight packaging it comes in. Anyways after going through the hassle with the other supplier I tried AppliancePartsPros.com and much to my satisfaction my part arrived two days later properly parked and worked as expected.
