Henry, unfortunately, the manufacturer has discontinued the glass tray 73602-0020-00 for the model provided and it is no longer available.

Tim, the main control would need to be tested for 120VAC at the black wire found on connection CN101. If there is voltage at the time of failure, the main control would need to be replaced. If there is not voltage, the fan operation would need to be inspected to ensure there is proper air flow to cool the control as improper air flow can cause excess heat to trip the thermostats.

Allen, Yes you can replace the turntable tray with a glass "substitute". You do need to make sure the dimensions are the same, and the drive coupler "lugs" on the bottom of the tray are the same. A model number of your microwave would have been a bigger better help. the difference between the "ceramic" and "glass" trays are minimal and more involved in the direction of the microwaves and heat or waves absorbed by the tray.
