Doug M Lincoln , NE November 24, 2014 The washer would start agitating but did not fill with water First I ordered a new timer and installed it. It did not fix the problem and after further reading and consulting with information at Appliance Parts Pros, I thought the problem was the water level sensor. This is the softener switch on the washer panel (Whirlpool brand) which was weird but that's how it is. I called customer service to discuss and they agreed I should try the part and it worked. I really appreciate being able to return the first part for full refund less shipping. I can't believe it is as easy as that but customer service said it should be no problem. Seems like a good company to work with and I will use them again. good resources on their web site. Read More...
