I looked inside the drum and noticed one of the baffles was no longer connected to the drum. Over time one of the two support screws loosened and fell out. In the process, the plastic housing of the baffle for the screw cracked. All you need to do is remove the front panel, rotate the drum, remove and replace the baffle with a socket wrench. I'd recommend when selling a new baffle that you offer replacement screws, mine dropped to the bottom of the dryer floor and it took a while to locate it, luckily. BTW... Love AppliancePartsPros!
