Marc G Stanhope , NJ March 01, 2015 Appliance: Whirlpool Microwave MH7140XFB1 Broken grill cover assembly on the front of my whirlpool microwave plus i had to replace the charcoal filters and the filter covering grills The grill cover only took me needing to remove 2 screws, taking off the damaged piece and replacing it with the new part I ordered. The charcoal filters and grill covers for them just simply needed to be removed and replaced. No tools needed for that part of the project. David B Naples , FL August 19, 2019 Appliance: Model MH7155XMQ-0 Needed to replace the vent charcoal filters in a 2003 microwave oven that have never been changed to my knowledge I found the model and the serial number of microwave behind the door and their web site referenced the correct parts to order. I ordered and the Post Office damaged them in shipment. I contacted Appliance parts Pro customer service and they immediately shipped out a replacement.
