The quickest way to test is to remove the ice maker which is extremely easy. Carefully remove the flap in front of the ice maker. Then remove the top shelf, as it will be easier to get a 1/4 inch nut driver in to remove the screw that holds to electrical connection cover.
Then two clips lift up on the bottom sides of the ice maker and pull it toward you.
If you want to test the icemaker remove the left cover and strip a #12 solid wire and slide in test holes if motor rotates, it could be a frozen line or a new water filter may be needed. If the motor doesn't turn my advice is replace with assembly.
Unplug connecter.
When new assembly arrives remove tray from bottom old icemaker 3 screws (1/4" nut driver ). Install on new ice maker. Connect electrical connection, slide unit on track till it clicks. Reinstall connection cover.
