How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6014616 / WPDE67-00213A Microwave Turntable Coupler

I replaced the motor and the turntable coupler 

It took about 30 seconds to remove the old one and snap in the new part. Super fast shipping on this part. 

Simply remove the glass turntable and popped the old one out and firmly replaced it with a new one

Purchased the part and now we have a full functioning microwave. 

I called Appliance Parts Pros on 1/30/19 and talked to a very knowledge lady. I gave her the Model # and the Serial #. I took pictures of the broken part and sent them to her. She called me and she had me get on my computer and look at the parts list for the microwave. I was able to see the part that I needed. With her help I was able to order the part and pay for it with my VISA Card. She sent me an e-mail to confirm the order with a tracking #. I was very excited to get an e-mail that told me that the part had been delivered to my residence at 8:58 a.m. Saturday morning 2/2/19.
