Ronald R Blackfoot , ID February 05, 2019 Appliance: Maytag Microwave Hood Combo MMV4205BAW15 Our Maytag microwave turn table would not work, this had happened once before a few years ago I called Appliance Parts Pros on 1/30/19 and talked to a very knowledge lady. I gave her the Model # and the Serial #. I took pictures of the broken part and sent them to her. She called me and she had me get on my computer and look at the parts list for the microwave. I was able to see the part that I needed. With her help I was able to order the part and pay for it with my VISA Card. She sent me an e-mail to confirm the order with a tracking #. I was very excited to get an e-mail that told me that the part had been delivered to my residence at 8:58 a.m. Saturday morning 2/2/19.
