Issue ended up being the damper door/flap was broken and stuck open.
Didn’t need to replace the Thermistor.
To replace the damper had to remove 3 covers (damper, air fresh filter, water filter) each had a single 1/4 inch screw.
Ended up being a very easy and inexpensive repair.
