Removed old wheels and axles and installed on the new rack. Fit was perfect and now I once again have a happy wife. I did break 3 of 8 axles when removing them so I would suggest ordering a few axles to anyone who is going to undertake this repair. I bought a replacement rack and 1 replacement axle from AppliancePartsPros.com and moved the 7 remaining axles and and wheels from the old rack onto the new rack, all in under 20 minutes.
