Dishwasher race rusted and pieces broke off.

I ordered a new rack. I carefully detached the old wheels, hubs and splash guards. I cracked one hub but it reinstalled ok. I cleaned the old parts and installed them on the new rack. Presto, chango new complete rack!

Dishwasher lower rack had rusted and and some of the plate supports had broken as a result

Ordered a replacement rack. Removed old wheels and axles and installed on the new rack. Fit was perfect and now I once again have a happy wife. I did break 3 of 8 axles when removing them so I would suggest ordering a few axles to anyone who is going to undertake this repair.

Old dishwasher rack (lower) needed to be replace.

I bought a replacement rack and 1 replacement axle from AppliancePartsPros.com and moved the 7 remaining axles and and wheels from the old rack onto the new rack, all in under 20 minutes. Excellent experience.
