How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP2976323 / 3406839 Drying Rack

I called after I repaired the dryer and talked to your rep giving thank yous to your video and reasonable part cost. It took a little longer then usual due to the placement of the dryer and my age. In a very tight spot. I took my note book and put it on the washer to rerun when I had a question. Everything went smoothly and it is working great. You saved me at least $200. I got the part in 1 day too. You guys are great. I even ordered the rack for the dryer for about $17 that Whirlpool quoted me $40 on. Oh, I am a 76 year old female. PS my husband did help by tipping the dryer so I could get to the bottom nuts. He is 68. 

Received assistance via chat to identify the part that was compatible with my dryer. Ordered the part. It just snaps into the drum area. 

Replaced dryer rack. 

Watched the video and installed with no problems. 

Tossed old rack in recycle bin.Ordered new one. Used for drying our shoes during rainy season-a must-have item in the Pacific North West. 

Replaced drier rack

Replacement dry rack fit like the OEM one. Now I could dry my shoes again.
