Arline B Indianapolis , IN February 17, 2016 Appliance: Model LEQ9858PGO Dryer would not heat I called after I repaired the dryer and talked to your rep giving thank yous to your video and reasonable part cost. It took a little longer then usual due to the placement of the dryer and my age. In a very tight spot. I took my note book and put it on the washer to rerun when I had a question. Everything went smoothly and it is working great. You saved me at least $200. I got the part in 1 day too. You guys are great. I even ordered the rack for the dryer for about $17 that Whirlpool quoted me $40 on. Oh, I am a 76 year old female. PS my husband did help by tipping the dryer so I could get to the bottom nuts.
