My Jenn-Air cooktop has two heating elements. I ordered new ones, even tho one still worked but was as old (approx. 25 years) as the one that no longer worked. And, while I was at it, new Drip Pans. Delivery time was fantastic,----literally less than 48 hours from the time I placed my order. The "repair" was ridiculously simple and quick,.......the equivalent of pulling the plug out of the wall on one lamp so that it could be replaced with a different lamp. The entire "job" took about a minute and a half.
