I contacted Appliance Pros on 3/30/15 and received the correct replacement bake element on 3/31/15. Exact replacement part and less than 15 min. to replace the element. Very impressed with Appliance Pros staff and order process. If you supply the make/model/SN, they can find the needed part in minutes. I will use Appliance Pros in the future. One suggestion when removing the wires from the old element, use small wood clothes pins to clamp/hold wires from retracting into the back of the oven.
Be sure elec power is shut off to oven!
