How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6019232 / WPW10310260 Oven Broil Element

I watched the Video from AppliancePartsPros. I disconnected power to the stove. I removed 4 screws, removed the old element. Hooked up the new element and re-attached the 4 screws. I connected power to the stove and checked out the operation of the new element. Job dune. I took me a little longer to get the job done since I'm 74 years old. 

I ordered Broil Element and hubby replaced it. So far oven-good as new.
