How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP3120020 / 819342 Door Handle Endcap Kit

Replaced handles. 

The top bracket on the handle cracked in half! Ordered a new top bracket and bottom bracket! They came as a set (ref and freezer) replaced top and bottom bracket on Refrigerator door handle! 

Order new parts and replaced. 

I followed the instructions on the video I downloaded. I removed the handle, discarded the old attachment and reinstalled with new attachment, a total of about 10 minutes. Piece of cake. Thank you (Appliance Parts) for the speedy delivery of the replacement parts. 

I watched the video on replacing the handle so I was prepared to saw the handle to size. The actual handle was missing but I replaced both handles and started with the one that was still there. I set the bottom endcap for the second handle and measured to the top of the door to get my size. Pretty easy all in all.

Ordered a new endcap from you and replaced the old one. 

I ordered the end caps for the handle and it was perfect!! The person helping me was SOOOO helpful!!! I had been looking for 3 years. I ran across this site and in 20 Minutes it was on its way to me!!
