How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6009957 / WP61002112 Refrigerator Shelf Retainer Bar End Cap

Just replaced the parts 

Replaced the old brackets with new brackets. Very simple task. 

Took off the old, put on the new 

I ordered the parts and replaced them. Very easy, took me about 10 minutes. 

Ordered the parts, they arrived in a few days, replaced them and now the refrigerator is like new. 

Ordered parts and the popped right in 

I went on your site and had the refrigerator model number for my 97 year old mother in law's refrigerator. All 6 end pieces had broken and the rail was duct taped to the fridge door. I ordered the pieces, received them a couple of days later and went to her birthday party and fixed the fridge. Thanks again for you wonderful drawings which are easy to use and identify which part is need and your great staff who I talk to before ordering just to make sure I've got it right! This is the third time i have ordered parts from you company over the past 15 years (we also replaced the ignitor in our GE Profile oven) and have felt good about saving money by doing it ourselves. Your repair videos on YouTube are really first rate. 

The hardest part of the project, was coming to the realization that the part could be relaced - since the fridge is 20 years old, and the manufacturer, Admiral, i long out of business. the rest of the work was done by appliance parts pro. order was sent out the same day and received the next. took less than a minute Perfect !! my shelf is back in business holding jars, cans and bottles
