I went on your site and had the refrigerator model number for my 97 year old mother in law's refrigerator. All 6 end pieces had broken and the rail was duct taped to the fridge door. I ordered the pieces, received them a couple of days later and went to her birthday party and fixed the fridge. Thanks again for you wonderful drawings which are easy to use and identify which part is need and your great staff who I talk to before ordering just to make sure I've got it right!
This is the third time i have ordered parts from you company over the past 15 years (we also replaced the ignitor in our GE Profile oven) and have felt good about saving money by doing it ourselves. Your repair videos on YouTube are really first rate.
