Placed containers in the racks to check sprayer output. Watched the repair videos on removing the spray arms, upper and lower. Removed the arms and cleaned the spray ports plugged with calcium.
Reassembled and ran the washer, after placing containers in the racks to catch the water checking output. Still not enough water, in the upper rack. Watched the video on replacing the pump filter. The filter was extremely plugged with calcium. Installed a new filter plus the upper spray arm. Problem solved.
The videos and the illustrated parts breakdown diagrams were a great help.
Tip: Pressed a socket (5/16?) over the 4 prongs of the snap-in connector on the upper arm to release the connector.
