How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP3179954 / 8201537 Refrigerator Water Dispenser Tube Kit

I checked you tube on how to fix the problem, ordered tubing & fixed the problem myself, pretty easy fix! 

Replaced tube. Video accompanying the part was perfect. 

Used your parts and watched your repair video. Also phoned your customer help number for a small problem- plastic tube would not thread all way thru the opening at bottom of frig - was hitting something half way up-so we cut the tube on the end to have a "point" and it slipped thru and came out the top where the dispenser opening was/ had to recut tube at top to have a "flat cut" end to dispense the water -- service man on phone VERY helpful, patient and nice. GOOD experience with your company and know we saved $ for this repair doing it ourselves! THANK YOU !!! 

I ordered the tubing through Appliance Parts Pros. The do-it-yourself video found on the same page as the item I ordered was extremely helpful. I had seen other YouTube videos that made this seem like a difficult fix, but following APP's video made changing this tubing a piece of cake. I am very grateful for that video help. 

First I got the part from Appliance Part Pros really fast. There was a very helpful video explaining in detail how to change that and all the other water lines to. It probably took 15 minutes to do this job. I would recommend Appliance Part Pros to anyone because of the money you can save with DIY videos. Thanks 

I watched the video and performed the repair. *Although my fridge was slightly different than the one on the video I was able to do the repair pretty easily (only difficulty I had was feeding the replacement tube up into the door as it got stuck about 3/4 of the way up. I had to feed the old tube down from the dispenser hole so they met and then repeatedly jam the new tube up while letting the old tube be it's guide, after a few tries it finally made it through) 

I watched your video, and it was a breeze to fix. Saved me lots of $$ 

Watch the video and ordered the part from the video,it came quickly, it was easy to installed follow the video man, the only problem I had was like the video man said when inserting the tubing from the bottom of frig to top if it doesn't go up twist the tubing around while pushing it up but don't force it, and it went straight up where you can complete the job. When the refrigerator was move the movers took the door off to fit in house, instead of loosing the water line from the bottom the line was broken) that's why it had to be replace. It saved me a lot of money thanks 

Most excellent. I watched your video first to see the level of difficult and saw that it was not a problem for me. Then found a video that suited my fridge better and watched. Had it fixed in about 20 minutes. I am a 70 year old lady, and this was a piece of cake.
