How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6019684 / WPW10329866 Shelf Frame

Order parts and fixed the shelving. 

Very easy to fix. No tools needed. Just remove the busted one and install the new one. It took about 30 minutes ROBIN WAS GREAT ON THE PHONE AND KNEW THE RIGHT PARTS THAT I NEEDED. ROBIN IS A GREAT PERSON TO TALK WITH ABOUT PARTS, WE WILL ALWAYS COME TO YOU FOR ALL OF OUR PARTS 

Quick and easy parts were replacement . 

It was a pretty simple fix. You have to pop out the drawer vent controllers and the front shield with a small screwdriver, or, if you're an old redneck like me, use your trusty pocket knife. There is a steel support that runs underneath the front edge, you can pop it out easily with a pair of needle-nose pliers. Re assemble removed parts onto your new assembly and you are on your way. Easy 10 minute fix! 

Appliance Pros site let me ID the parts needed. After ordering them a rep called me to work out a glitch in the ordering system. Turned out their software caught that I used my wife's credit card so the names did not match. Changed to my card and the rep did as promised looking for the order and processing it quickly. Totally above what I expected. Parts received, shelves replaced. Fridge is now totally cool. 

Replaced frame and support and swapped the humidity controls and metal support bar to the new frame. 

Removed the old frame and rail. Transfered metal support rod and panel for humidity control. Only tool needed was a small flat-blade screwdriver. Also wanted to add that first shipment from UPS did not include the frame. Contacted APP and they made it right ASAP. 

Ordered the new part. Super easy on the website and had the best price. I removed old broken pieces and installed new parts with no problem. 

Took out the old parts and replaced them with the new ones 

Ordered the parts from Appliance Parts Pros and was able to replace all parts and fix my problem in less that an hour.
