How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6010382 / WP67003854 Crisper Shelf Frame

Replaced the broken parts 

Used diagrams to figure out parts required and ordered them. There were four parts to remove from the crisper frame. The temperature sliders were tricky to get out, but after cutting out the tabs from the broken part, they came out OK. It took longer to switch the parts from the old frame to the new frame than it did to replace the shelf in the fridge. The parts were a perfect match. The new frame had a small chip in the plastic, but not in a structural area. In putting the shelf back in, I saw the poor design of the manufacturer. There is no center support for the frame. The center rail is supported by the frame. There should be an attachment of the frame to the center two rails. But, it was not there in the OEM part - nor this one. Very happy with Appliancepartspros. 

Replaced top frame, center rail, and front trim 

I purchased replacement parts of the damaged ones and removed good components from the old to the new parts then reinstalled the shelving. This was my second purchase from AppliancePartsPros.com and I have been very satisfied with both experiences. 

Bought new. The lady who helped us was awesome. 

Replaced parts easily. 

After cleaning out the refrigerator area removing crisper frame an tray, transfer hardware to new frame. Transferred hardware includes faceplate (lift rear edge with screw driver), crisper humidity sliders (slide to one side then release locking tab, and a long metal support rail (slides out from one side). It's easy to miss the support rail and the structure is weak without it. Also in hindsight I should have ordered replacement humidity sliders as well. 

Straight forward replacement. 

Used new replacement part you sent to replace broken part. 

Looked at the drawings and everything went together just fine.
