How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6010382 / WP67003854 Crisper Shelf Frame

You sent me the right part and the rest will go down in the annals of history! 

I look up the replacement parts from your site using my model number. The parts were here in 2 days. 

Ordered parts they fit beautiful now fridge is just like new. 

I ordered the part from your company 

I took the crisper frame and drawers out and replaced the frame 

I watched your video and ordered the parts needed, then it was easy! Your video made it so easy. The only thing that it missed was the metal support rod that you need to slide out of the old shelf and into the new one. Without this part, it would not be sturdy (which is what I see most people complain about). You may want to edit the video to show this important step! I am pretty handy and saw this part was not in the new frame, so I figured it out. I am sure that is why so many people seem unhappy with this part. If they put the metal support in there, they would ALL be happy! 

With support of AppliancePartsPros.com confirming the required part numbers - I ordered and replaced the parts. The APPros were super responsive to some questions I had about the parts and the installation. 

Crisper drawers: Replaced Crisper Shelf Frame and Center Rail. It was easy. The video left out that you also have to transfer the metal support from the old shelf to the new shelf. However, if you can remove/transfer the other parts, then you'll have no problem figuring out how to remove/transfer the metal support to the new shelf. Pantry door: Also easy to replace with the new part. We have used AppliancePartsPros.com for dishwasher and dryer parts as well. The videos are excellent.
