The repair was simple. Remove the drawer, then the shelf and unscrew the broken glide. (2 screws) Thoroughly clean the shelf and install the new glide.
Reinstalled the shelf and drawer and conducted a 30 minute hands on demonstration for the little Woman on the proper method of the drawer removal.
