Charles K Franksville , WI February 20, 2015 Appliance: Amana Refrigerator ARB220ZCW 2 drawer glides were cracked I removed the drawer, then removed the shelf that the drawer glides are attached to. I then removed 2 screws on each side, & reversed the entire procedure for reassembly. This was an easy repair. I was most impressed with the fast service, & quality of the reasonably priced parts. I ordered them Sunday afternoon, & they arrived at my door via FEDEX Tuesday morning. I'll definitely order from you again when the need for appliance parts arises. Thank you. Remove the drawer, then the shelf and unscrew the broken glide. (2 screws) Thoroughly clean the shelf and install the new glide. Reinstalled the shelf and drawer and conducted a 30 minute hands on demonstration for the little Woman on the proper method of the drawer removal. Read More...
