I pulled up our model washer on there website and found the exact replacement part I needed. I called and spoke to one of there experts about how to open the lid to the washer and how to take the control panel off the machine. With a little patience and some guidance from appliance parts pro I new I could do the repair. I ordered the parts and they came in less then 4 days.
