After figuring out I might be able to fix it myself I went on the internet to gain some insight. A man was explaining how to remedy the problem at AppliancePartsPros.com. Called and ordered a new lid, the man was courteous and knowledgeable. Got the lid in a couple of days as promised. Thank you for the service you provide, highly recommend!!!
