Removed access panel in rear of machine and observed while in operation. identified source of leak as failed hose connecting detergent dispenser to drum. found part on-line and ordered on the Wednesday afternoon before Thanksgiving. Part was delivered to my front door by 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. By noon had new hose on machine washing a load of laundry. Only way it could have been easier is for someone else to have installed while I watched.
