How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6010812 / WP74002414 Knob - Igniter (Gas Range)

Put a new knob on, very easy, anyone can do it. 

Ordered a replacement knob. Replacement knob was identical to the original!!!!! 

The replacement knob was an easy fix, just slide it in place. 

Replaced 

A knowledgeable RV parts department tech told me the Winnebago part had been discontinued but suggested I search on-line for the Magic Chef part. I found an exact replacement knob from AppliancePartsPros.com after searching for the part# that I was given. 

No big deal.
