I first viewed a YouTube showing how easy it is to repair. I searched for the model number of the washer to find YouTube. Then I searched for the part number which was printed on the part. I found the exact part at AppliancePartsPros.com. I ordered it online after unclicking something in the listing that I didn't need. I re-watched the video again, and completed the job with no problem. I also checked out how to change a broken inner glass on my built-In oven, and ordered the glass too.
