How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6013055 / WP8540456 Drum Baffle

My husband snapped it in place with in seconds. Back in action! 

Ordered a new one and reattached it to the clips in the drum. 

I first viewed a YouTube showing how easy it is to repair. I searched for the model number of the washer to find YouTube. Then I searched for the part number which was printed on the part. I found the exact part at AppliancePartsPros.com. I ordered it online after unclicking something in the listing that I didn't need. The part came within a few days and it was as easy as the video showed to install it. 

Used a hammer to knock the old piece out, straightened the little metal clips with a screwdriver and some pliers, snapped the new piece in. 

I looked up one of Appliance Parts Pros videos and ordered the part. Great instructional videos and fast delivery of parts as always. 

Ordered two new baffles. Arrived in two days which I felt was incredibly fast service. 

When the new baffle arrived, I took the needle nose pliers, bent the tabs back into position-just like the video described- and scalped the new baffle into place. This entire process took all of 60 seconds! Thanks to the video and the folks at appliance parts pros! 

This was the second baffle I have had to change recently, took about a minute! The part came in less than 24 hours!! 

Watched video about how to change the baffle, then ordered one. It came in a day or two! I re-watched the video again, and completed the job with no problem. I also checked out how to change a broken inner glass on my built-In oven, and ordered the glass too. Have not done that job as yet. Thank you for saving me a bunch of money, not having to hire a serviceman to come out. 

I ordered brand new baffles thru you and I was surprised they came in only a few days and were in brand new perfect condition and they installed very easy on my vertical washer. I really appreciate you guys coming thru for me!
