How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6016576 / WPW10188389 Refrigerator Evaporator Fan Motor

After determining it was the motor-evap freezer fan motor that was causing the problem I was able to quickly locate the part on appliancepartspros.com's website and place an order for a replacement part. The part came within a few days as expected and was installed without any problems. The quality of the new part was excellent, even better than the original after doing a side by side comparison. Its been a very good buying experience and I'll be using appliancepartspros.com for future appliance repair orders. 

Put in a new fan motor. Ordered motor from Appliance Pro, it arrived next day. Exact same model of motor I took out. I tested it upon arrival, it works. It's installed. 

Replaced fan. 9 screws total, about 10 mins. 1 nut driver 

Replaced the evaporating fan motor to restore cooling airflow. 

Ordered motor, arrived damaged in transit, called Appliance Parts Pros.com. I explained what happened, the customer service rep I spoke with was very helpful. She informed me since it arrived damaged, they would replace it. A new motor arrived in 24 hrs. This level of customer service is a thing of the past in most companies, not here. Quality parts at reasonable prices, and very helpful staff. If I need parts again, this is the only place to get them if you want top-notch service. 

Looked up and ordered part. Watched video & installed fan up and running in 25 minutes.
