How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6016961 / WPW10204131 Dishwasher Rack Roller Axle Assembly

I bought (4) new adjusters (just in case they were slightly different) and installed them. The adjusters “were” slightly different in design but performed exactly the same as the originals while maintaining the same dimensions. Now I saved the (3) good old ones for spare parts in case a new one gives out. 

Ordered and replaced one of the Rack Adjusters and that fixed it. 

With a part I ordered from your company. 

Looked on AppliancePartsPros.com and put in the dishwasher model. Found parts needed for repair and ordered them. Came in quickly and I removed broken parts and snapped in new parts on rack. Parts were exact fit and easy to install. 

I removed the failed rack adjuster and installed the replacement. I actually removed all four adjusters and installed the replacements. Thanks to the video provided, it was very easy! 

I followed the instructions in the videos included in the order email. It is very helpful and made the repair very easy. 

I ordered two replacement rollers. 

Ordered replacements from ApplianceParts, watched their repair video, and replaced all the wheels. 

Got on the website.Very easy to look up part. Good illustration. shipped fast and part was right. The repair took only minutes. Good service. happy wife.
