I initially followed some troubleshooting tips to "jump start" the icemaker with no success. I removed the icemaker and disassembled and found an electrical contact under the large gear was burnt plus the fact that the actual ice tray had lots of buildup after 20 years of service. I ordered a replacement from AppliancePartsPro and it arrived the next day. You have to use the wire harness, the bale, the plastic splash guard, and the front cover from the original ice maker. The ice maker is held in the freezer with 3 screws and was very simple to remove the old and install the new.
