I ordered a new lower wash rack retainer and installed it myself. Takes about 30 seconds to install. Very easy and no tools required. The part was ordered and arrived two days later from Appliance PartsPros. Very easy job to complete and saved a lot of money over the cost of having to call a repair man and pay a service charge.Just make o note of the position the old part is in and remove and insert the new part.
