Robert P Cincinnati , OH December 09, 2016 Upper spray kept falling off when using dishwasher I was unable to remove the screwed snap outlet, therefore only replaced the upper spray arm and the wash arm retaining clip. Merlin L Sweet Valley , PA November 14, 2016 Dishwasher was making a "thump" as it ran through the cycles The top sprayer arm was worn after 20 plus years of use. I replaced the "Washer Arm Retaining Clip/Outlet, Snap/ Upper Wash Arm". I first viewed a YouTube video to show me some troubleshooting tips. Narrow the "thump" to the upper wash arm. A simple fix. Unscrew the old arm. Assemble the three parts together. Screw the new assembly in place. No tools required. Everything came out by hand, back in by hand.
