Merlin L Sweet Valley , PA November 14, 2016 Dishwasher was making a "thump" as it ran through the cycles The top sprayer arm was worn after 20 plus years of use. I replaced the "Washer Arm Retaining Clip/Outlet, Snap/ Upper Wash Arm". I first viewed a YouTube video to show me some troubleshooting tips. Narrow the "thump" to the upper wash arm. A simple fix. Unscrew the old arm. Assemble the three parts together. Screw the new assembly in place. No tools required. Everything came out by hand, back in by hand. 4 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes
