How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6799974 / W11252182 Ring-Turn

I ordered the glass plate and the support ring from appliance parts pros and when I received it all I had to do was replace the broken one - took five minutes The best part was appliance parts pro were super helpful in making sure I was ordering the right part and the best part is they shipped it the very day I ordered, and it arrived two days later. Excellent service. 

Ordered right piece, came on time and installation was easy.

After trying to buy through the manufacturer, through amazon and sears your site was the least expensive in price and in shipping cost, that is why I purchased this items here. I will be recommending this site to all my friends and family. I did find the glass tray a little small but it works fine.
