How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6008773 / WP37001042 Dryer Drum Support Roller

I got Appliance part pros, ordered the parts and with in 2 days, the parts were in and the dryer was running like a top. I went on youtube, looked up how to do it and within 40 minutes, had it all done. 

Replaced all worn parts. The "how to " videos were excellent. Additionally, the service and professionalism of the Appliance Parts Pros staff was outstanding. I highly recommend them. 

Replaced belt tension assembly,glides, felt pads, support rollers and belt. dryer is 10 years old so i might as well replace it all while i had it apart. 

Replaced the suggested parts; rollers,guides, etc. plus changed the belt while apart. 

Ordered a belt, fixed but was still noisy. Ordered the rollers and glides. Fixed it right up. Runs like new. 

Two new drum rollers and while I had machine broken down I replaced the belt which had a small amount of damage. Video was a great help. 

Removed front and drum from dryer; saw a destroyed roller. purchased parts from AppliancePartsPros, selected standard shipping. The part arrived less than 24 hours after purchase. Went to hardware store to buy destroyed non-metallic washer and spring clip; neither available at ApplianceParts. Used Dremel tool to modify washed so it fit properly. Installed roller and put dryer back together. This was a repeat of fix performed 20 years ago. 

Ordered 2 new dryer rollers and installed them 

I assumed that the belt was stretched and a new belt would fix the problem, tore dryer down and found out the belt tension pulley was shot. So I decided to order new belt tension pulley and figure since I was at it I would replace the pulley, belt, drum guides, and rollers . the wife was wanting a new dryer but after finding these parts online for a great price we went this route she was with out her dryer for 3 days but in the end it was the smarter choice just to fix it. 

Dismantled the machine from the front panel, and removed the drum. Replaced the rollers and the tension pulley. I should have ordered a new belt also, but was too cheap. In the future, I will always order and replace the belt. I ended up cleaning the ducts, and replacing the 4 inch duct to the outside vent. It was old and brittle.
