Ed, It appears that there are 2 rollers in the rear and then there will be 2 glides in the front.

Ruth, With the clothes getting balled up, check to make sure that none of the baffles are damaged. This issue sounds like either the rollers are seizing up and not turning or the motor has become weak.

Hello Ron, I'm sorry but we will need to ask you to please post a new question including the verified model number from the units' I.D. tag since the one provided will not come up for us as a valid model number for a dryer but is bringing up a refrigerator. As far as the noise goes, you will need to check the idler wheel and the front glides. These are the most common cause of this complaint besides the drum rollers. While you have the unit apart you should spin the motor by hand to ensure the sound is not coming from the motor bearings.

Eric, Check to make sure that there is nothing caught in the blower wheel which would cause the motor to not turn freely. If this checks ok then it sounds like the motor may be starting to fail.

Hello Ken. You use needle nose pliers and flex the tri ring enough to remove it from the shaft.

Yorel, This unit does not have a bearing and you would want to replace the rollers WP37001042 and shaft WP40113601.

Ray, You will want to pull the drum and check the rollers as this would be the most likely cause of the noise.
