Once I received the ordered the parts, I asked a my son-in-law to put them in with me. An appliance man previously removed the broken pieces and instructed me on how to replace the parts. It seemed possible but my son-in-law was handy. A screw was missing from the sensor bracket. That would have halted my efforts. I was grateful he managed to replace the screw with one we had on hand.
Everything appears to be working but I have yet to give it the hard test. ?? I purchased the range in 1995, so I saved $300 by replacing parts this way.
