Michael L New York , NY April 03, 2015 Guide wheels snapped off on the under oven storage drawer Found the parts on Appliance pros (love the website navigation); ordered on a Sunday afternoon and they were delivered on Tuesday afternoon. I had the drawer repaired within 15 minutes of Fed Ex delivering the package. No tools required other than my fingers! The original part was riveted to the drawer, these replacements are bolts with nuts and lock washers. Makes me wonder why this was not the original design. The riveted design NEVER seems to hold up to consumer use. Why do it on an appliance such as a top end kitchenaid drop in stove/oven?
