The axles to the lower basket had broken and the water tube on the top basket had just disintegrated

Once the parts were installed all back to working order.

A wheel came off the lower rack in the dishwasher when it was moved for a renovation project the dishwasher is an older model and your sales people had to work hard to find the correct parts

I snapped it into place and PRESTO the problem was solved! Many thanks to Brittany who worked hard to find the proper part.

Two lower rack wheel assemblies had failed over time

The how to do it video and a pair of pliers was all I needed to complete the repair in less than five minutes. The new parts seem more durable than the originals, the video was great and the repair could not have been simpler.

Lower dishwasher rack no longer functioned many of the axles broke and the rollers came off

Searched the web for the parts, and found them pretty quickly. Amazingly, the dishwasher is a 1981 Kitchenaid Superba by Hobart. And the parts were exact replacements. Needed one wheel or roller and 8 axles. Had it done in minutes. And the videos are a great help.
